As a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in our Trauma services team you'll work with 4 additional APPs, to provide safe patient care and high-quality patient experiences at St. Vincent. About this role.

- Competitive Compensation
- Incentives: starting bonus, relocation bonus (if applicable), student loan repayment bonus (if applicable). We're also PSLF eligible!
- You would practice at our Intermountain Health: St Vincent Regional Hospital.
- Our APP team provides 24-hr/365 days of coverage at St. Vincent.
- Primary scope is the managing of patients that have been admitted to trauma and acute care services.
- Excellent collaboration amongst the trauma and general surgeons.
- Responds to trauma activations in the ED (assists).
- Potential for flexible schedule. Teams tends to work 12 hour or 24 hour shifts and the team self schedules.
- EPIC EMR utilization (system-wide).
- Excellent opportunity for mentorship, professional growth, and plenty of program support. Great team dynamic!
- The hospital is a Level 1 Trauma Center, a Certified Stroke Center, and an accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI. The OR includes one hybrid and one biplane operating suite.

What you'll bring.
- An active Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) License by the MT State Board.
- Prescriptive Authority by the MT state board of Nursing or Medical Examiners and DEA License.
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association.
- ACLS Certification within 6 months of employment (site specific).
- Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically within a multi-functional team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to successfully function in a fast paced, service oriented environment.
- Experience in understanding and usage of computers, including Microsoft and Google products. The ability to learn new applications relevant to your position
- Passion for inpatient medicine.
- Has to be open to working day and night shifts in the same month.
- Experience preferred.
