Lead Analyst - Business Intelligence

Work with Epic-certified BI tools at a leading healthcare system focused on team-centered care. Lead Analyst - Business Intelligence; full-time role based in Memorial Healthcare System, FL; permanent. Requires analytics/BI work with SQL, Epic data models, Clarity/Caboodle. - Minimum 7 years healthcare experience OR Master’s + 5 years - Epic certification in at least one module - Clarity/Caboodle data model certification or proficiency - Expert SQL/BI tools experience

Complexity of Work: Requires strong analytical, critical thinking and effective communication skills. Excellent at problem solving and relationship building. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Must be approachable, people oriented, and a good listener. A high level of expertise with SQL or other database, analytics software, and BI tools. Must have knowledge of multiple Epic data models and certification in at least one Epic module plus Clarity/Caboodle Data Model Certification or proficiency. Required Work Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years' experience in a healthcare setting with experience in finance, business Intelligence, or clinical systems. Other Information: A Master's degree with five (5) years of experience in a healthcare setting with experience in finance, business intelligence, or clinical systems in lieu of seven (7) years of experience with a Bachelor's degree.
