This position is for a full-time outpatient Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician working in Northern California within a collaborative, integrative medicine team. The role includes opportunities to participate in academic medicine as core faculty in a new psychiatry residency program starting in 2025, with a flexible Monday-Friday schedule and no nights or weekends. The physician will manage a steady patient flow with support staff and benefit from malpractice coverage and comprehensive medical benefits.

No nights or weekends required. Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00am-5:00pm. Full-time, in-person outpatient role with optional inpatient work. Manageable clinic volume with support from behavioral health workers and scribes. Steady patient flow thanks to extensive referral backlog. Malpractice coverage included. Full Medical, dental, and vision benefits. Use of Tenzing EMR for efficient documentation. Join a growing team with strong executive leadership support.
