- Job Title: Nocturnist
- Job Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
- Location: Mountain Home, AR
- Service Setting: Inpatient/Hospitalist Program
- Clinical Shift Schedule: 7 on / 7 off (night shifts)
- ICU: Open ICU with 24/7 Virtual ICU Coverage
- Team Size: 9 Physicians, 4 Advanced Practice Providers, 2 Scribes

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certifications: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with hospitalist experience
- Experience: Prior nocturnist or hospitalist experience preferred
- Other Qualifications: - Strong communication and teamwork abilities - Comfort managing patients in an open ICU setting
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide inpatient nocturnal hospitalist coverage
- Manage patient admissions, cross-cover issues, and collaborate with on-call specialists
- Work closely with APPs and scribes during night shifts
- Ensure continuity of care and accurate documentation
- Participate in quality improvement and hospitalist team initiatives
