Job Description
A North Highlands based client is seeking a motivated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team. An ideal candidate should practice excellent, evidence-based patient care, and should be comfortable treating Children. Community health experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- CA NP license
- CA DEA certificate before start date
- CPR certification
- Board certified in field
Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose a variety of diseases and injuries in older adults
- Order diagnostic tests and laboratory studies, interpret results and create treatment plans based on results
- Perform therapeutic procedures with prioritizing preventative care
- Arrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic services for patients on caseload
- Document all patient encounters efficiently and according to organization policy
