The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting primarily for healthcare roles in school settings, including nursing, therapy, and educational support staff. This role involves sourcing, screening, credentialing, and closing candidates using ATS and various recruitment tools, supported by a team of professionals. Candidates should have at least two years of relevant recruiting experience in healthcare or school-based staffing and strong communication and organizational skills.
Healthcare Recruiter - Chicago, IL - Remote
Overview:

- Ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting for our expanding Health Care clients throughout the US, primarily school clients, with opportunities including nursing, therapy, and related roles.
- This individual will have the support of an experienced team of recruiters, sourcers, credentiallers, managers, and a wide variety of recruiting tools to help you reach your goals.

Job Duties:
- Perform full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
- Recruit for health care candidates by developing networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Create and maintain lists of potential targets for particular openings using our ATS and recruiting resources.
- Work with credentialing team to make sure candidates have all necessary and up to date paperwork.
- At least 2 years’ experience recruiting for roles such as Occupational Therapists (OT), Physical Therapists (PT), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), Special Education Teachers (SPED), Paraprofessionals, and School Psychologists in school settings.
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare and/or school-based staffing.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills required.
- Organizational skills a must.
Salary:
- $55,000-$60,000 annual salary, plus commission structure.
