Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift ICU position requiring at least one year of recent ICU experience and an active AL or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Position is in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of an acute care hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract assignment
• No local travelers accepted; candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
• Requested time off must be less than one week
• Returning travelers who have been permanent staff at any CHS facility within the last 2 years are not eligible

Requirements

• Active AL or compact RN license required at the time of consideration
• Minimum of one year recent ICU experience required
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the contract
• Applicants must not have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the last 12 months
