Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of acute care experience and BLS certification for a day shift position.
Responsibilities
- Work in an acute care hospital setting
- Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Physical Therapy unit focusing on a variety of patient needs within acute care
- 13-week assignment
- Main responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and providing physical therapy interventions for acute care patients
- No orientation hours are provided for this assignment
- Standard day shift Monday to Friday enhances work-life balance
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care setting
- Current BLS certification required
- Experience using Allscripts-Paragon EMR is preferred
- License required if applicable
