American Traveler is seeking a Radiologic/CT Technologist for a day shift position with call rotation, requiring an active state license and ARRT registration.
Responsibilities- Position is at a 25-bed critical access facility
- Responsibilities include both CT scans and X-ray examinations
- Day shifts with weeknight and weekend call rotation
- Involvement in diagnostic imaging across multiple modalities including CT and general radiology
- May be required to perform EKG exams for both outpatient and inpatient needs
- Perform CT, X-ray, and EKG procedures according to department protocols, ensuring compliance with ACR and ALARA standards
- Responsible for patient preparation, procedure documentation, and follow-up instructions
- Exhibit proper radiation safety and equipment use, reporting malfunctions as per protocol
- Maintain supply levels and assist in stocking assigned areas
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Housing is available for this assignment
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
- Active Montana State Radiologic Technologist License required if applicable
- ARRT registration as a Radiologic Technologist is required
- Current BLS certification is required
- Minimum of 1 year experience required
- ARRT registration in CT preferred but not mandatory
- Must possess strong organizational, critical-thinking, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn additional software as needed
