A leading healthcare system in Central Ohio is seeking a full-time OB Hospitalist to join a growing, academically focused team. This role offers excellent compensation, strong academic involvement, and a supportive team-based environment with exposure to high-risk obstetrics.
Position Highlights- Full-time OB/GYN Hospitalist role
- 12-hour rotating shifts (days & nights)
- Coverage across three hospital campuses (one site per day)
- 2 weekend shifts per month (flexible scheduling)
- In-house Labor & Delivery coverage
- No separate on-call responsibilities
- Strong focus on resident education & teaching
- Manage high-risk pregnancies and advanced obstetrical care
- Provide in-house OB/GYN hospitalist coverage on L&D
- Supervise and teach residents in clinical and didactic settings
- Perform gynecologic surgeries, including hysterectomy
- Manage complex and high-risk obstetrical cases
- Collaborate with academic and GME leadership teams
- Participate in quality improvement and system-wide initiatives
- Starting Salary: $300,000 annually
- Guaranteed 5% salary increase every year
- Sign-On Bonus: $35,000 $40,000
- 27 days of paid PTO annually (with rollover option)
