Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• 6-week assignment duration
• Must be available to work various days of the week
• On-call availability per unit needs
• Minimum every other weekend required
• Minimum 2 major and 2 minor holidays required
• Associate's degree in nursing or graduate of accredited nursing school required
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
• Georgia RN license (single state) or multi-state compact license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Less than 1 year experience required with completion of accredited nursing school
• Direct patient care experience preferred
• Perform nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Provide relationship-based patient centered care
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and case reviews
• Complete timely documentation and promote respectful clinical environment
• Ability to read, write, and speak English language required
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills required
• Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills required
• Basic computer skills required to optimize use of technology
