• 5 Evenings per Week: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Slightly earlier start time may be considered, but shifts will end at 9:00 PM)
• No Holiday Coverage Required
• Evening Shift: 5p-9p or 1p-9p Mon-Sun

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and efficient Part-Time Remote General Diagnostic Radiologist with a strong focus in Neuroradiology to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to supplement your income and work from the convenience of your home during evening hours. The primary responsibility will be interpreting a mix of STAT and outpatient exams, with a significant emphasis on neuro imaging. While the initial STAT volume is around 25 RVUs, there is ample opportunity to read more cases. We also have several weeks throughout the year where onsite coverage (1-2 radiologists) may be needed.

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing remote interpretation of a wide range of general diagnostic imaging studies, including CT, Ultrasound, and MR.
• Specializing in the interpretation of neuroimaging studies.
• Prioritizing and efficiently interpreting STAT exams.
• Interpreting outpatient exams as time permits after STAT reads.
• Maintaining high-quality and accurate interpretations.
• Adhering to established turnaround times.
• Utilizing Powerscribe 4.0 for dictation and reporting.
• Participating in onsite coverage for several weeks per year, as needed.
• If can commit 5p-9p or 1p-9p Mon-Sun, 1-2 weeks on will accept. Approx 2-3 week of each month

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Fellowship training in Neuroradiology is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong diagnostic skills across all modalities (CT, Ultrasound, MR), with a demonstrated focus and proficiency in neuro imaging.
• Ability to efficiently interpret a high volume of studies, including STAT exams.
• Experience with remote radiology workflow and technology.
• Proficiency in using Powerscribe 4.0.
• Excellent communication and technical skills.
• Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a secure remote workstation.
• Willingness to provide onsite coverage for several weeks per year.

Volume Expectations: A minimum of 25 RVUs per 4-hour shift is expected, with the potential to read more based on availability and efficiency.
