You ll join a collaborative 3-physician model where 2 are always on while 1 is off, supporting a low-volume call structure and a healthy work-life balance. Position Highlights:

- Also work with 2 CRNA s who work semi-independently and help with call
- Diverse Case Mix: Ortho, OB/GYN, Urology, ENT, General, Podiatry
- Low After-Hours Volume: cases monthly after 7 PM
- State-of-the-Art Facility: 4 ORs, Da Vinci Xi Robot
- Hospital-Employed: Full benefits, $475K base salary, sign-on, relocation, CME, retirement match
- Independent yet Team-Based Environment: CRNAs run rooms, MDs assist and supervise
