Senior Employment Law Associate – Benefits and Compensation

Senior Employment Law Associate – Requirements and Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active California Bar license
- 5–10 years of civil litigation experience, including wage and hour, class action, or PAGA matters
- Proven success handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice in complex cases
- Exceptional legal writing and research skills with experience drafting dispositive motions and appellate briefs
- Ability to manage multiple cases with precision and meet strict deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Preferred Background and Skills
- Prior experience with plaintiff-side employment litigation (defense-to-plaintiff transitions welcome)
- Deep understanding of California wage and hour laws and class action procedures
