Are you a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) seeking an exciting locum tenens opportunity in Minnesota? We are currently seeking highly qualified CRNAs to join our esteemed healthcare team at a renowned tertiary facility in Minneapolis. This position offers a dynamic work environment within an acute care hospital, providing specialized care to adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. Position Details: Start Date: September 15, 2025 Contract Duration: Ongoing, with a minimum commitment of two weeks per month Schedule: Day, Swing, and Night shifts available Shift Options: 8, 10, 12, and 16-hour shifts Work Hours: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, 6:30 AM - 8:00 PM Coverage: Minimum 36 hours per week, 2-3 weeks per month Call Schedule: Optional 12-hour beeper call on Saturdays and 8-hour weeknight call Requirements: NBCRNA Board Certification Minnesota State License (or willingness to obtain) ACLS and BLS certifications Minimum of 1-year experience Proficiency in Epic charting Patient and Practice Details: Patient Age Group: 12 years and older Practice Setting: Hospital - Tertiary facility Support Structure: Care Team Model 4:1 with 24-hour Anesthesia Aid Department Compensation: Overtime and Holiday Pay: 1.5x normal rate Weekend and Weeknight Call Pay: Competitive Orientation: Paid 2-day orientation This opportunity requires a commitment to quality care in a fast-paced environment.
