You will be responsible for managing general anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, and ventilation for a range of surgical cases. CRNAs in this role are supervised by MDAs, with a supervision ratio of 1:2 or 1:3. Surgical Case Load: 25-30 general surgical cases per day No pain management cases Types of Procedures: General surgical cases (primarily adult) Spinal anesthesia Ventilation management No regional blocks are required, but spinals are a key part of the job Supervision Structure: You will be supervised by an MDA (1:2 or 1:3 ratio). No ICU coverage is required.
