We are an expanding, hospitality-driven restaurant group seeking a talented and motivated Beverage Manager to lead our beverage program across multiple concepts. As we continue to open new restaurants, we’re building a team of passionate, self-starting professionals who are excited to grow with us.

Beverage Manager – Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the beverage program including wine, beer, spirits, and cocktail development
- Lead, mentor, and train front-of-house staff on product knowledge and service standards
- Work collaboratively with chefs and GMs to align beverage offerings with menus
- Maintain vendor relationships, inventory, and cost control
- Create a guest-forward beverage experience that enhances brand identity
- Ensure all team members are compliant with alcohol service and safety standards
Requirements
- Prior leadership experience in a high-volume, independent restaurant or bar program
- Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and craft cocktails
- Passion for hospitality, with a guest-first mentality
- Skilled at mentoring, training, and team development
- Current TIPs and ServSafe certification
- WSET or Court of Master Sommeliers certification strongly preferred
