Job Description & Requirements

UNIT: ICU
Minimum Experience: Must have 2 years of ICU experience, prefer 3. 1 travel assignment required.
Required Certs to be attached upon submittal: Must have current IL license. AHA BLS, AHA ACLS and NIHSS.
Charting Experience Required: EPIC Required
Skillset:
NIHSS/dysphagia screen/strong neuro assessment skills. Tele/EKG interpretation (will take an exam first day), ETT/vent management (RT available), Initiate/titrate (sedatives, paralytics, cardiac drips, vasoactive, insulin, etc.), sepsis protocols/care, post ROSC therapeutic hypothermia protocol.
Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other/Every other
