High-growth 20-year-old single specialty GI group practice experiencing strong regional growth
Group has 14 GI physicians and is expanding to add several more physicians across all their locations. Group also employs APPs for physician support
Group provides an attractive work/life balance, a great location, industry-leading compensation, and immediate partnership for select candidates
There is no call requirement for the group

Requirements:

Successful completion of an accredited Gastroenterology fellowship training program
Group is open to candidates with advanced GI fellowship interests
Board certified/eligible
Strong interpersonal skills
No visa sponsorship available

Compensation - Productivity-focused compensation model (wRVUs); all current providers make far above MGMA median in total compensation

New grads can expect to earn in Mid $500 s in year one and experienced providers and expect $600,000+ in year one
