Job Opportunity
Position: Licensed Physical Therapist
We are seeking a qualified Licensed Physical Therapist to provide skilled patient care in a safe and timely manner for individuals referred for services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of hospital and departmental policies while adhering to the New Hampshire Physical Therapy Practice Act.
Schedule
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Occasional Saturdays during the contract period
Location
This position is located in an outpatient hospital clinic in New Hampshire.
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Bachelor of Science in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of previous Physical Therapy experience
- Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy License
Certification Requirements
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification
Additional Requirements
- Permanent address greater than 50 miles from the facility
- Physical Therapy skills checklist
- One supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment
- License verification documentation
