Senior Associate or Partner – Corporate Requirements & Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- 6 to 15 years of relevant corporate transactional experience
- Substantial experience with M&A, joint ventures, fundraising, fund formation, and general corporate contracts
- Active Florida Bar admission and good standing
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage complex matters independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
