Responsibilities:
Develop and implement behavioral treatment plans in collaboration with treatment teams and families
Conduct behavior assessments and analyze data to inform treatment plans
Provide training and support to therapists and other treatment staff
Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure successful implementation of treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment plans
Stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Requirements:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
1+ years of experience in ABA therapy, preferably in a clinic or home-based setting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 ANNUALLY
