This community-focused health center is looking to expand its mission-driven team with a passionate physician who values quality care over quantity.

Salary and Benefits

• Base salary range: $195,000 $215,000 (negotiable based on experience; up to $260,000 for experienced candidates)

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time, outpatient-only primary care
  • Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics
• See approximately 14 patients per day (20-minute visit slots)
• No inpatient coverage required
• Shared on-call duties (by phone only)
• Work schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation (Greenway system)
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality care, especially for underserved populations (85% Medicaid)
• Support organizational mission and new initiatives such as recently launched chiropractic services

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics
• Eligible for or active West Virginia medical license
• Willingness to work in an FQHC setting and serve a primarily Medicaid population
• J-1 visa candidates welcome
