Role specifics:
- Jurisdictions: Candidate must have California experience. Other jurisdictions in the branch are TX, AR, UT, AZ, OK, NM and NV.
- Licenses: Must be licensed in the states being handled or reciprocal licenses.
- Location: This role is eligible for fully remote work.

You will do significant work in partnership with our Workers Compensation clients to consistently deliver superior customer service and own outcomes by effectively communicating and embracing new challenges to drive success. Identify the right resources, at the right time and in the right place. Think critically, solve problems, plan and prioritize activities.

About You
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 15 years related claims experience
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
- Knowledge of all team member related functions
