Permanent, full-time, Northeastern Pennsylvania; flexible schedule; small outpatient panel and routine nursing-home rounds. - Medical degree and active PA medical license
- Board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Infectious Disease
- Experience in primary care and/or long-term care rounding
- Valid DEA registration
- Ability to obtain required state background checks and nursing-home credentials

Position will be 50/50 split between primary care and rounding at nursing homes
