Requirements & Highlights
- Medical Degree (MD or DO)
- BC Family Medicine
- Active license in Georgia or eligible to obtain
- Epic EMR
- Ability to provide primary care services to all ages
- Services: Well Visits, Annual Exams, Sick Visits, Sports Physicals, Vaccinations &Immunizations
- 100K in Loan assistance with a 5 year commitment
- Sign-on Bonus
- Monthly stipend available for the first 18 months
