Supplemental Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapists for contract assignments at a partnering rehab facility in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapy Licensure in Arizona
- American Heart Association BLSAt least 2 years of acute experience as an Occupational Therapist within a rehab hospital
Occupational Therapist Contract Details:
- $1,820 - $2,013 per week*
- 12-week contract with possibility of extension
- Rehab facility
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of occupational therapy services at the facility
- Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers
- Promotes wellness through patient assessment, care planning, and direct treatment
