Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider Stayton, Oregon

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-supported outpatient clinic in Stayton, Oregon. This full-time role offers a collaborative environment, competitive compensation, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives.

Position Highlights

• Schedule: 40 hours/week, salaried.

• Team-Based Care: Work with medical assistants, behavioral health clinicians, care coordinators, and others.

• Focus: Provide primary care tailored to the clinic s patient population.

• Initiatives: Engage in quality improvement, virtual care integration, and patient education.

• Technology: EPIC EMR system.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license in Oregon.

• Minimum 2 years experience in Family or Internal Medicine.

• Current DEA and BLS or ACLS certification.
