Logan Health is seeking an experienced Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our team in Libby, Montana. This is a great opportunity to provide high-quality cardiovascular care in a supportive, community-focused environment.

What You ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive cardiovascular care

• Conduct patient assessments, diagnostic testing, and treatment planning

• Participate in patient education and follow-up care

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care

What We re Looking For:

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a passion for cardiology

• Must have 2 years Cardiology APP experience

• Current licensure in Montana

• Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills
