• The practice has been providing care for over 30 years
• The office is open Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-5 pm
• Offering high quality, compassionate care for patients ages 18 and older
• Average patient panel is anticipated to be 15-16 per day, per provider
• Lab and x-ray services are done on-site
