Indiana Urologist Needed: December Locum Coverage, EPIC EMR, Travel Paid. We are seeking a dedicated, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist for locum tenens coverage near Stroh, Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality, comprehensive urological care in a supportive environment. Full travel expenses are covered. Coverage Dates: Tuesday, December 9 (7 AM) to Friday, December 19 (5 PM) Monday, December 22 (7 AM) to Friday, December 26 (5 PM) Key Responsibilities & Workload: Provide comprehensive clinic and call coverage, including hospital rounds and patient consultations. Manage adult patient care and perform general urology procedures. Anticipated workload is 2-5 patients per day. Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system used is EPIC. Submission & Certification Requirements (Mandatory): Active Indiana Medical License at the time of submission. Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency). ACLS certification. DEA Registration and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR/CDS). Robotics training is highly preferred; please note this upon submission. Credentialing Timeline Note: Payer enrollment takes approximately 90-120 days; Hospital Privileges require 45-60 days from complete application submission. Prompt submission is essential.
