Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Castle Pines, CO. As an RBT, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality ABA therapy services to our clients, supporting their growth and development. This is a part-time and full-time opportunity, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and adjust treatment plans
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
Assist clients in developing communication, social, and independent living skills
Maintain accurate and thorough client records
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
Currently certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willing to obtain certification within a reasonable timeframe
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or certification in a related field (e.g., ABA, psychology, education) preferred
Experience in the field of ABA or related field
Certificate-level education (e.g., Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis)
