Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Castle Pines, CO. As an RBT, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality ABA therapy services to our clients, supporting their growth and development. This is a part-time and full-time opportunity, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and adjust treatment plans

• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior

• Assist clients in developing communication, social, and independent living skills

• Maintain accurate and thorough client records

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Currently certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willing to obtain certification within a reasonable timeframe

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or certification in a related field (e.g., ABA, psychology, education) preferred

• Experience in the field of ABA or related field

• Certificate-level education (e.g., Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis)
