- We are hiring for a Nocturnist position. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.
- We are seeking nocturnists to join our close-knit team of ten physicians and two advanced practice providers (APPs)
- We actively support each other at every turn, ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care
- We proudly offer visa sponsorship (H1B or J1) for those who require it, with dedicated in-house visa specialists and licensing and credentialing experts
- Qualifications: Board certification or eligibility in family or internal medicine.
- Not accepting new graduates.
- Manage various cases in a 150-bed hospital, focusing on complex cases in a semi-open ICU, benefiting from round-the-clock intensivist coverage
- Collaborate closely with nursing staff and engage in key medical staff committees, including the credentialing and medical executive committees, to improve communication and patient care
- Work within a structured program divided into two daytime groups, with support from a dedicated nocturnist for night coverage
- Compensation: competitive salary with additional bonuses based on performance
- Client is offering signing incentives of $125,000 for the Nocturnist position
