$600K guaranteed base for 2 years plus $80K student loan reimbursement. Hospital-employed BC/BE Hematology/Oncology physician role near Memphis, AR (~1 hour from Memphis, TN). Permanent, full-time; 4.5-day work week; hospital call ≤10 days/month; large referral network (13 PCP clinics); joining 1 FT physician, 2 PT physicians, and 4 NPs. - Board eligible/certified Hematology/Oncology - MD/DO medical license eligible in Arkansas - Experience in outpatient and inpatient oncology care preferred - Ability to take hospital call up to 10 days/month

Facility is seeking BC/BE Hematology/Oncology physician for a hospital employed position - Joining a team of 1 Fulltime physician, 2 Part-time physicians nearing retirment, and 4 NPs - Supportive and physician friendly administration team and medical staff - 4.5 day work week - Hospital call: no more than 10 days/month - Large referral base (13 primary care clinics) - Very busy practice with high earning potential - $600K base guarantee for two years, then production model with greater earning potential - $80K student loan reimbursement; $2K monthly resident stipend and sign-on bonus options - $10K relocation reimbursement, $5K/year CME allowance - 403B retirement plan with company matching - Health spending account with $1K/year contribution
