Sub-Investigator - Nurse Practitioner
Location: Richmond, VA
Salary: $120,000 $135,000 (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM
Overview:
Join a growing clinical research site in Richmond, VA as a Sub-Investigator. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for a Nurse Practitioner with a strong clinical foundation and a passion for advancing medical research. We are looking for someone adaptable, self-driven, and excited to be part of a collaborative start-up team.
️ Preferred Profile:
Bilingual in English & Spanish strongly preferred (Spanish-speaking patient population)
Licensed NP with 3+ years of clinical experience
Prior Sub-Investigator experience in clinical trials is a plus, but not required
Strong clinical skills including physical exams and patient intakes
Comfortable supporting patient recruitment, CRC tasks, and general site operations

Conducting study-related clinical assessments
Supporting patient visits and documentation
Collaborating with Clinical Research Coordinators
Participating in patient recruitment
Contributing to site operations and quality initiatives
