Lead Palliative Care Physician

Our client is seeking a full-time Lead Palliative Care Physician to join their growing team. This role will focus on caring for patients with chronic kidney disease, end-stage renal disease, and other complex chronic conditions. The Lead Physician will serve as a specialist in the community, providing care primarily through telehealth and home visits, while working closely with a team of providers and the Market Medical Director.
