Monday-Friday (4-5 days/week) Manage chronic disease, diagnose illnesses and medical conditions, and implement plan of care Provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to our nurse practitioners Conduct clinical case reviews, as needed and share tools, information, and guidelines as they relate to quality of care in collaboration with clinicians, facility leaders, and others Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $180,934 to $221,168 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
