- Provide outpatient cancer care and occasional inpatient consults at a community hospital
- Average 14-16 patients per day
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of oncology/hematology cases
- Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Participate in shared on-call duties (negotiable schedule, including occasional weekend rotation)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (radiologists, surgeons, nurses, support staff)
- Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis
- Stay current with oncology best practices and advancements
- Contribute to a culture of quality, compassion, and teamwork
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology - Required
- Flexible and open to part-time work, long-distance commute, or dual employment
- Willing to participate in a shared call schedule
