Human Resources Manager – Multi-Location Restaurant Group
Are you a people-focused HR leader looking to make a real impact in the hospitality industry? We’re seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our growing restaurant group, overseeing multiple locations in Minneapolis with occasional travel to Dallas.
In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to restaurant leadership—guiding recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and compliance across all locations. You’ll help build high-performing teams, strengthen company culture, and ensure people practices drive success for both employees and guests.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for salaried positions and support hourly hiring initiatives.
- Develop and implement onboarding, training, and professional development programs.
- Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with federal, Minnesota, and Texas labor laws, as well as company policies.
- Maintain HR systems, personnel files, and reporting accuracy.
- Champion employee engagement and recognition programs to foster a strong team culture.
- Partner with payroll and benefits teams to provide a seamless employee experience.
- Travel to Dallas locations as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in hospitality or multi-unit operations.
- Strong knowledge of federal, MN, and TX labor laws and HR compliance.
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR technology.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
