Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Whitsett, NC
Pay Rate: $16.25/hr, weekly pay
Shift: 2nd Shift- Monday through Thursday, 

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and a commitment to maintaining productivity and safety standards in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, team-oriented, and able to perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.

  • Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.

  • Arrive on time each day with dependable transportation.

  • Demonstrate basic reading, writing, and math skills.

  • Regularly lift and move items up to 50 lbs.

  • Walk, stand, or sit for the duration of the shift as required.

  • Perform physical tasks including grasping, gripping, reaching, pulling, pushing, bending, squatting, kneeling, and balancing.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members across multiple departments.

  • Work overtime as needed to support workload demands.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management, including Supervisors and Leads.

Qualifications

  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.

  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and manual handling of materials.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Flexible and willing to adapt to changing priorities and overtime needs.
