Registered Nurse Job Details

• Location: Cleveland, OH 44195 (Ohio nursing jobs)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: January 9, 2026 – End: April 10, 2026)
• Unit: G101 – Special Care Transplant (Medical/Surgical Telemetry)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (Day: 7:00am – 7:30pm / Night: 7:00pm – 7:30am; rotation may be required)
• Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,250 – $2,310

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of permanent experience in Medical/Surgical Telemetry (MS/Tele) nursing
• 18 months of recent MS/Tele RN experience (travel nursing experience accepted)
• Active Ohio RN license or Compact State nursing license required
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (all must be active)
• One supervisory reference in specialty (manager, ANM, supervisor, or director)
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Must pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation (2 attempts maximum)
• Background check and fingerprinting required prior to start

Travel Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a busy Med/Surg Telemetry healthcare setting
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond quickly to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and post-discharge instructions
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Work at least every other holiday during the contract period
