Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift ICU position in Mississippi requiring recent ICU experience and a compact or MS RN license.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a hospital setting
• Night shift position from 7:15 PM to 7:15 AM
• Assignment length is 13 weeks
• Serves critically ill adult patients in an ICU environment
• Must care for critically ill patients and respond to urgent situations in the ICU
• Return Time Off (RTO) requests must be less than 1 week
• Holiday coverage may be expected as per unit requirements
• First-time travelers will be considered for this position

Requirements

• Active MS or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• At least 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience required
• No certifications may expire within 30 days of start date
• Candidates must not have employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• Must provide a valid driver's license
• Candidates must not have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
• No local travelers within a 50-mile radius will be considered
