St. Mary's Medical Center is a level I trauma center, a level 3 NICU, and has a pediatric ICU with a 24-hour children's hospital. Half of the surgical volume at the facility is pediatrics including neonates. Cases also include general, ortho, OB, trauma, ENT, podiatry, urology and plastics.
