A hospital in the Upper Midwest is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hospice/Palliative Medicine Physician to join their team, collaborating closely with oncology and advanced practice providers. The position offers a Monday through Friday schedule with no call, competitive base salary, productivity incentives, and comprehensive benefits including CME allowance and relocation support. Hospital in the Upper Midwest is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Palliative Care physician to join their team. Join 1 experienced advanced practice provider. Strong collaboration with the oncology team. Opportunity to grow and develop a practice. This community of 75,000 is the region's home for health care and has a Level II Trauma and Stroke Center.
Hospital Employee . No Call. WRVU production incentives. Signing Bonus available, contact us for details. CME money available. Monday thru Friday schedule with no call. Hospital consult/clinic follow-up. Nursing home outreach within community. Minimum base salary of $300,000 for the first two years of the employment. Potential to exceed compensation from personally performed wRVUs. $150,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain full-time for 4 years. Additional physician benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, paid time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
