Description: Seeking Board Eligible or Board-Certified Physiatrist to join National Health Rehabilitation, LLC- Physiatry owned and operated company. Physician will serve as an acute-level pain management/rehab consultant to well-managed, post-acute and subacute skilled nursing facilities. Will work collaboratively with medical director, attending physicians, and therapy to improve functional outcomes of patients receiving short-term rehab services.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards.
- Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirement.
- Must comply with facility vaccination requirements.
