Position Type: Fulltime Physician OBGYN
Overview
Busy and established OBGYN practice in Mason City is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible OBGYN to join a collaborative and supportive team. This role offers instant patient volume, call support, surgical block time, and access to Level II NICU services.
Practice Highlights
• Join a team of four OBGYN physicians + one ARNP
• Approximately five days of call/month
• Newly remodeled clinic located on main campus, with close proximity to labor & delivery, lab, pharmacy, radiology, and perinatology consults
• Dedicated OR block time available five days a week, with robotic surgery access
• Level II NICU staffed 24/7 by Pediatric Hospitalists & NICU nurses, plus on-site blood bank
• Multispecialty support from Cardiology, Orthopedics, Anesthesiology, Reconstructive Surgery, and more

Candidate Requirements
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in OBGYN (BE within 3 years, must plan to test)
• IA license or IMLC (or willingness to obtain)
• Accepting H1B visa waiver candidates (No J1)
• Locum-to-Perm considered
Schedule & Coverage
• Standard clinic schedule with surgical block time
• Call: 5 days/month
• Credentialing and onboarding through hospital system
Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: $375,000
• Sign-on Bonus: Up to $200,000
• PTO: 34 days (base) / 40 days (production)
• Annual CME allowance: $5,500
