As a Primary Care Physicianin our PACE program, you will provide comprehensive primary care to frailseniors, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal healthoutcomes. This role includes clinical leadership and offers a uniqueopportunity to make a lasting impact in a supportive, team-based environment.
Position Highlights:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday,8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; no weekends
- Includes occasional homevisits and rotating on-call coverage (phone only, a few nights/weekend days permonth)
- PatientLoad: Clinic: 8 patients per day, Field: 4 patients per day
Compensation & Benefits:
- Sign-on Bonus $50,000
- Competitive Compensation: $315,900- $386,600 base salary, plus quarterly bonus

Requirements:
- Board Certification inInternal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Emergency Medicine
- Be eligible to enroll withMedicare and Medi-Cal
