Practice Setting: NICU Level III Shift: Long Term - Full Time Coverage - 7 days on/7 days off 12-hour shifts (days or nights)
Average Number of Admissions Per Day: 0-2 average per shift
Average Number of Patients Per Day: 8-9
Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
Facility will reimburse for the Following Costs: Flight, Hotel, Rental C

Neonatal Required Procedures:

• Nursery Level III/NICU
• Ventilation Management
• Invasive (ETT)
• Non-invasive (BiPAP/CPAP)
• Chest Tube Insertion
• Exchange Transfusions
• UAC/UVC placement, LPs
• Evaluation & Management of Acute Volume/BP Issues
• Insertion of Central Line
• Insertion of Arterial Line
• Diagnostic/Therapeutic Taps

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified - Neonatology/experienced NICU PA
• Active NY License
• Must have experience and be comfortable managing patients independently
