We are seeking a full-time Optometrist to join our established practice in Seminole, Florida"conveniently located near Clearwater (9 miles), downtown St. Petersburg (15 miles), and Tampa (25 miles).
Position Overview:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. start, with last patient typically scheduled between 4:00-4:30 p.m.
- Future flexible scheduling may include 1-2 Saturdays/month (half-day shifts), with a weekday off in exchange.
- Supported by an experienced Optical Tech team, Eye Care Professionals, and Licensed Dispensing Opticians (LDOs).
- Ideal for candidates seeking a collaborative, well-supported work environment.
- This is a retail location.
- Option to work as a Super Tech in our Pinellas County locations for those awaiting licensing completion.
Compensation & Benefits:- Base salary starting around $150,000, with tiered increases based on patient volume.
- Monthly bonus potential of $800 to $1,000 from optical product sales (glasses, contacts, etc.).
- Relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus available for the right candidate.
