Key Requirements- Licensure: Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license
- Qualifications: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Certifications: BLS certification (AHA or ARC) required
- Experience: 1 year in Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Vaccination: Required, including MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, and Influenza
- Credentialing Timeline: Completed within 30 days of start
